Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Digital downloads and gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.
  3. Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.

Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. A prepaid return label is available for a $7.95 deduction from your refund.
